Missionary Athletes International (MAI), the parent organization of the Charlotte Eagles, Chicago Eagles, and Southern California Seahorses, has a passion to share the message of Jesus Christ by using the sport of soccer as a bridge to sharing that message
with people around the world. MAI is a 501 (c ) (3) non-profit religious organization and is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). MAI has a 33-year history of sports ministry with a proven record of using soccer as an effective
tool for ministry. During this time, tens of thousands of children have participated in MAI camps where they received Bible teaching and the presentation of the Gospel. In addition, over 200 international tours have ministered successfully in countries on
six continents.
