Valley is a Southern Baptist Church body with between 300 and 550 believers gathering on any given weekend. Valley has an Elder-led and staff-run management system for day-to-day activities. The current staff includes three professional staff (including Senior Pastor), two administrative staff, one janitorial staff. Additionally, there are four volunteer staff members, and numerous volunteer-led ministries. The congregation votes on the calling of the senior pastor, annual budget, and sale/acquisition of property. The current annual operational budget for the church is $550K.
Worship services are provided live at three separate locations on Saturday and Sunday each week. Additionally, services are recorded and provided to four other location services during the weekend. Valley’s heart is for the lost of Cowlitz County. As such, the body is greatly involved in ministries that directly affect their community. For more information, please visit our website.
