Working with the Board of Trustees and Treasurer, the Director will be responsible for the administrative and oprational management of the business affairs of the Church which will include human resources, finance and accounting, insurance and facilities management, also information systems, communications, audio visual systems and security. The overall goal is to assure highly effective and coordinated operational support for the mission and ministries of the Church.
