The Chief Operating Officer is a Uganda based role, serving to oversee and direct operations across all three NHU locations. This person would need to have experience in distilling vision from a CEO and translating it into professional, systematic operations.
This person could serve in a long-term capacity or serve as an interim COO in order to train and mentor a long-term COO for the organization.

- Residence in Uganda
- Work with CEO to lead national management teams
- Work with Board of Directors to insure mission integrity across all departments and locations
