Job Description:

Group’s Corporate Sales department has an opening in the call center for a full-time Inbound Sales Representative. The position is Monday thru Friday from 9:30 AM-6:00 PM. Job responsibilities include: spending 85% of the day on the phone selling products and responding to customer's needs, processing orders with accuracy in a timely fashion and developing a working knowledge of Group’s products and services. The successful candidate will have a confident, positive and friendly phone presence, accuracy in entering orders, able to work in a fast paced environment and be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, and web applications. 2+ years of sales and customer service experience along with some college is preferred. Experience in ORACLE and knowledge of the Christian marketplace would be helpful.
