Salem Media Group in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a Traffic Assistant/Receptionist. The position is full time, 30 hours a week 11am-5pm Monday through Friday. MUST have previous radio experience with order entry, board operator or log work experience. Must have an understanding of radio terminology and traffic procedures.
Job Duties: Assist Traffic Department with order entry and assigning cart/house numbers, working on log prep and reconciliation and invoicing. Front end reception duties include answering incoming calls, outgoing and incoming mail, greeting clients, copier and postage maintenance, filing and light payment processing and other duties as needed.
