The Bridge Odessa is looking for a full time Youth/Discipleship Pastor to help guide and develop our growing youth ministry. The Bridge is a young, growing church in north Odessa. The main focus will be to develop and grow our Youth Ministry. Our Youth Ministry is still new and has great potential for growth with our large Children’s Ministry. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, growing ministry.
This position will also include developing and growing our discipleship process at the Bridge. This will involve helping people connect through serving, small groups, and Bible studies. Our goal is to grow both ministries into full time positions. The youth/discipleship pastor needs to be a visionary leader who can communicate vision or direction in a way that inspires those around him/her to join in helping others grow in their love for Jesus Christ.
