- WORSHIP - Leads worship and preaches on a rotational basis at Sunday worship.
- COMMUNITY MINISTRY - In partnership with the other pastor resources the four initiatives of our For Our Neighbor local community outreach ministry by serving with and helping teams plan for effective ministry in order to make Jesus real in our community.
- FRONTLINE MINISTRIES - Identifies strategies focused on new attenders encouraging them to continue to attend CrossRoads and engages them to be actively serving in our ministries.
- DISCIPLESHIP - Disciples new and existing members to deepen their relationships with Christ.
- STUDENT MINISTRY - In cooperation with our current staff and congregational servants, resources and leads our next generation ministries [birth-25 years.]
- PASTORAL CARE - In conjunction with the current Director of Pastoral Care shares pastoral visitation with the sick and shut ins.
- OTHER SHARED MINISTRIES - Other duties as called upon and shared with the other pastor.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ordained or able to be ordained.
- 0-2 Years relevant experience

- This position reports to the Elder Team and takes direction from the Lead Pastor.
