Job Description:

Salem Media Group in Sacramento, CA has an immediate opening for a full-time board-operator position.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing automated operation of KFIA, KTKZ, KKFS
  • Engineering the live boards. 
  • Executing format as designed by management.
  • Maintain logs, and edit programs and audio clips  for on-air
  • Various production and commercial audio production duties.

Qualifications

  • Windows based computer skills and minimum 6 months radio broadcast experience required.
  • Wide Orbit Automation (or similar) system experience preferred. 
  • Experience and competency with Adobe Audition Editing Software
  • College preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility is a must! 
  • Availability for weekends, if necessary. 
  • Strong track record, detailed oriented, prompt and dependable.

Compensation

Salary Range: $20.00-$24.00/hour
