Resident Manager at Olivete Place

Are you ready to take charge of an incredible community and make a meaningful impact every day? As the Resident Manager of our transitional housing program for young adults with IDD, you’ll be the mastermind behind the smooth running of our entire residential complex.

In this dynamic role, you’ll wear many hats, all while coordinating and supervising top-notch care for our student residents. Quality and service are your middle names, and you’ll ensure we meet every regulatory requirement.

Partnering with the Chief Executive of Developmental Enrichment Centers (DEC), you’ll orchestrate a symphony of services – from meals and maintenance to educational programs, spiritual enrichment, and social activities.

And while it’s rare, if a resident is faced with an emergency situation, you’ll be the superhero who steps in to support and direct them to the correct support services. From welcoming new residents to guiding them through their journey, you’ll oversee the entire enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to move-out.
