At our Yorkville Campus, we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Student Ministry Director to lead and grow our student ministry program. This individual will have the opportunity to engage with middle school and high school students, helping them build a strong foundation in their faith and encouraging them to live out their beliefs in meaningful ways. The Student Ministry Director will also partner with families and volunteers to create a welcoming, safe, and spiritually enriching environment for our youth.
With over 80 dedicated staff members, primarily located in the western suburbs of Chicago, the atmosphere at Community Christian Church is collaborative and mission-driven. The team is diverse, creative, and passionate about impacting the local community and beyond. The ideal candidate will live in Yorkville, IL deeply aligning with our mission to reach students and their families with the message of hope. The Student Ministry Director will be a strong leader, visionary in their approach to student ministry, and able to engage youth in ways that foster growth, both spiritually and relationally. This role requires someone who is committed to creating a dynamic program that meets the needs of students, empowers volunteers, and partners with parents in the discipleship process.
